1. Overview
At Selima Trading Company, we are committed to delivering quality products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturer’s defect or fault
- The item is unused
- The product is in its original packaging and condition
- All accessories and components are intact
3. Important Condition
⚠️ Products must not be used
Any item that has been used after delivery will not qualify for return or exchange, except where a manufacturing fault is clearly identified.
4. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
Selima Trading does not offer cash refunds.
Eligible returns will be handled through:
- Replacement with the same product, or
- Exchange for another product
👉 If exchanging:
- You may pay the difference for a higher-value product
- Or receive the balance if the new product costs less
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone or WhatsApp
- Provide:
- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence (if required)
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
6. Return & Delivery Costs
- Customers are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse
- Alternatively, Selima may arrange pickup/delivery, but additional charges may apply
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
7. Replacement Timeline
- Replacements are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
- Same-day replacement is not guaranteed
8. Warranty
All appliances come with a 1-Year Warranty, which covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Technical faults not caused by misuse
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Damage from improper use or handling
- Wear and tear
9. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to:
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery
- Confirm the condition before acceptance
